Seeing a broken clock, Samantha realized she was dreaming and began knocking things off the shelves. Someone hooded her and drove her in a van to a Dumbledore-like figure, who said 'you can't do that here, other people don't know it's a dream yet.' She was taken to a resort of celebrities (Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Catherine Zeta-Jones) who congratulated her on waking up and explained that you can't wake others; they must wake on their own. She woke realizing she must also wake up in the dream of being human, and it relieved her egoic pressure to wake other people up.
