Samantha shares, for the first time anywhere, her deepest fear: being committed to a psychiatric hospital and disbelieved. She deliberately dreamt being taken there against her will and found it was the one place she didn't have to support anyone. As an eldest daughter, coach and helper, she discovered her real fear was needing help. In the dream she felt loved and in communion, came out and wrote a book that helped millions, and woke feeling a heaviness she hadn't known she carried lift from her body.
